"Staying at this beautiful old inn is like being in heaven. We enjoyed walking in the forest with the dogs, swimming in the pool on the terrace above the buildings, playing pingpong in the portal, and just resting by the beautiful gardens overlooking the vast valleys and mountain ridges to the east. But most of all, we enjoyed meeting the hosts, Montse and her husband and their son Miki, who cooked delicious meals for us and treated us like family...."

"This is a beautiful location, surrounded by a valley with mountains and trees. Late spring meant that everything was wonderful shades of green. A group of 7 friends stayed here for one night. We all wished we could stay a week! Montse, Miguel and Jordi were fantastic hosts. The food was tasty and hearty with lots of home produce. "We had a wonderful stay at Buxhuas tucked away in the forests of Montseny Nature Park about an hour North of Barcelona. My wife and I and a friend stayed there and enjoyed the calçotada feast that Montse and Jordi put on for their guests. We enjoyed hiking around the property and enjoying the incredible views from this mountainside retreat. We will definitely be coming on future trips."

The pool with many games to play at the pool house, the walks (with their 3 dogs who are happy to guide and join) and the whole atmosphere of the old farm house with the nice surrounding gardens is so relaxing that we come here every year..."
